What to expect on the path to recovery
Step 1 - Collaboration

Prosthetist, Surgeon, and the Patient meet to determine the best surgical procedure & chart the recovery pathway.

Step 2 - Post-Op Care
Medical Team Meeting With Senior Couple In Hospital Room

The Reform Team meets with the patient post-operatively for incision care & to map rehab.

Step 3 - Fit Diagnostic Prosthesis

Prosthetist fits diagnostic prosthetic & guides rehab process through a series of appointments.

Step 4 - Fit Permanent Prosthetic
Step4

Prosthetist fits the permanent prosthetic when patient is fully recovered at about 3-6 months post-op.

Step 5 - Resume Normal Activities
Step5

Patient resumes normal activities & follows up with prosthetist every 6 months for adjustments & supplies.
