Care You Can Trust
Zach Weber, Certified Prosthetist & Founder
At the age of 19, Zach was in a serious auto accident that crushed his left leg. After enduring 17 procedures, Zach met a veteran who was very active and independent using a prosthesis. To his family’s initial dismay, he decided to amputate his injured leg below the knee after a year of failed repairs and severe pain. Surviving and thriving after his amputation motivates him to help other limb loss patients recapture their active lifestyle.
Today, Zach is very active in Crossfit, 5k’s, golfing, hiking, and chasing his young son around the yard. He is exceptional at solving prosthetic kinks that limit use. He is board certified by the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. His formal training is from Northwestern University Prosthetics Program with a residency with the Surgical Clinic in Nashville, TN. He has also served as a NCOPE residency director. Zach also serves as the COO for Amputee Associates helping to deliver excellent care to clinics throughout the southeast.
